UX was new to this industry, legacy codes were updating, it was perfect time to showcase the benefits of the UX design and update the software with maximum ROI. Conducted multiple UX design sessions, created a talking-wall which inspired everyone to participate
Shortening workflows
After merger, the teams dynamics were different, the sharing of knowledge required efforts, conducted multiple in-house interviews, created holistic task flows and identified multiple opportunities to shorten workflows and task flows
Reducing onboarding time
The workflows were large in number and procedures were complex and sensitive to countries borders and policies, the onboarding for new members was 04 weeks long, with multiple user interviews and trainee interviews, we shortened the onboarding process to 01 week
